In case of application to the mediator before the lawsuit is filed, the mediation process starts from the date when the parties are invited to the first meeting and the continuation of the process between the parties and the mediator is determined and that decision is recorded.
In case of application to the mediator after the case is filed, this process starts from the date when the parties' invitation to mediation is accepted by the parties or that the parties have agreed to apply to the mediator outside the case proceedings and informed the court of that agreement in writing or the parties have had this agreement recorded in minutes in the course of hearing in court.
All kinds of invitation letters, information minutes, opening minutes, second session minutes, agreement document and final minutes required in these processes are prepared and presented to you in our center.
