Orhan Yavuz Mavioğlu, LL.M.
Orhan Yavuz Mavioğlu is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law (1999) and a member of Istanbul Bar Association(2000).
Mr. Mavioglu also studied LLM programs on European Union Law (English) at Marmara University European Union Institute (2001), Financial Law at Istanbul University Social Sciences Institute (2002) and US Law at Columbia University in New York (2004).
Mr. Mavioglu also passed the New York Bar Exam at first attemptat 2004.
Since 2005, he has been working as the managing partner of ADMD Law Office. Prior to joining ADMD, he worked atAltheimer&Gray, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. He also lectured 'Introduction to Law' and 'Administrative Law' classes at the College for Non-commissioned Military Officers at Balikesir.
Mr. Mavioglu is a trademark and patent attorney before the Turkish Patent Institute and European Patent Institute (2001).
He is a founding partner and the Foreign Relations Directorof NTN Mediation Center.
His areas of expertise are foreign investments, contracts and corporate law and IT and IP laws. He is also a founding member of Istanbul Arbitration Association (ISTA)
